For teachers

Our team of educators have worked alongside our citizen research team to create a range of resources to help you mark Norfolk Welcomes 2019.

You may just hold an assembly, or a one off lesson on a topic of interest and relevance to your pupils. You may however decide to have a whole day off-curriculum to explore the issues in more depth or deliver a a number of lessons over the following week to mark Refugee Week 2019.

Whatever you do please share it with us!

We have prepared the following teaching and learning resources to help you mark the day:

Key Stage 1 – assembly, lessons and suggested activities

Key Stage 2 – assembly, lessons and suggested activities

Secondary – assembly, lessons and tutor time activities
